WHY ARE GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE SO UNWILLING TO DO THEIR JOB?!? Why are they so lazy- all the time?!? I got to this office at 11:00 - 7 people waiting, sign posted "closed for lunch".. I got to the office at 10:15 - 4 people waiting, sign posted "closed for lunch".. I went to the office again at 9:15 - 7 people waiting, sign posted "closed for lunch".. There posted lunch hour is 1:00-2:00. A government office with a fat disrespectful security guard who I'd like to have fired that's always closed for lunch. You would think the office would have enough sense to stagger lunches of their employees so they could stay open to help people. I mean it is their job. Even if there is only one person working thru all hours of he average work day, 9-4. It would at least not have us running into a locked door with some jackass staring at you like you're an idiot for trying to open the door. Very disgruntled!!! This is why there is so much violence in the US. People trying to do what's right but needing assistance and the people having the ability to help are just to damn lazy to help or simply don't want to... It's so very frustrating when you have questions, need assistance, there's all these "resources" that supposedly have answers but have people who just aren't willing to help.
Tried to call. It rang twice picked up then hung up on me!
Make sure you have an appointment or they will turn MOST people away (yes, even if you just need one quick paper). Had an appointment, but they took forever. The security guy is either immature or has mental issues. Sits there making fart noises and other loud obnoxious sounds. The guy who eventually came out was nicer than the other woman who sits there doing who knows what.
Security is rude... The number they give to schedule an appointment is a automated machine that never connects you to anyone.
Here's a thought since most government offices like this are simply computer operators who have access to our files and read from a screen anyways. Take a homeless person who can read and click a mouse and put them in these offices. Provide them with minimum wage, food and a place to shower and clean up and they'll work 12 hours a day everyday and do so with a smile on their face. They'll eat their lunch at their desk while they work so they can help someone. They'll stay late with the doors wide open so they can help someone.
I am so very beyond frustrated...
I am so sick of government and I absolutely hate people who do jobs in such a disrespectful manner with such a bad attitude. Makes me want to reach out choke them....
I actually had a good experience there. When I got in at 945 for my 1000 appointment the lady took me early because she had finished up early with her last appointment. She was personable and so was the security guard. The place was empty when I got in and the whole process took me 15 minutes. I hope more people have good experiences like mine when visiting
