Paid for a $32 dollars for a wash,. Done in 15 mins. My major issue is. They did a horrible job vacuuming my jeep trunk was still visibly dirty! Not to mention visibly dirty cup holders. Still. Not worth $32 dollars or the drive out there. Better off doing automatic wash at a machine yourself..
I've been taking my truck here for a few years now for oil-changes and tire rotations. The Lube shop manager and employees always do a great job that leaves my truck clean and hassle free.
They have also allowed me to transfer my automatic wash coupons into the Self-service wash bays.
Also, watch for the employees trying to keep your receipt. You're supposed to get a 4 day wash guaranty with the Platinum wash but you can only get the additional wash if you retain your receipt. They seem "helpful" in getting rid of your receipt for you. Beware.
Can't speak for the service center or detailing, but the self wash bays are usually clean and well maintained. It's a little expensive considering I'm doing all the work myself, though. This is my preferred place to go, even though it's a bit out of my way.
This place is a little over priced but the attendants more than make up for it with service and consistency.
I paid $32.00 for Platinum inside and out wash. The truck was still dirty when I came out to get it. The service here seems to keep going downhill.
Asked to get all the bugs removed from my car. He marked it with a B and I left a nice tip in the box for their trouble, except when I went out to grab my car... still bug splatter... For $32 plus tip it wasn't worth it. The tires look nice though! I'll have to find a self serve car wash around and do it myself.
