I miss the service I used to get here. Was shopping with my 92 year old grandmother. We were the only people in the department. When we finally found someone to help, she just pointed us in a general direction and sounded irritated that we were asking for help. There was a time when the person, with a smile, would have walked us to the area and showed us options. When I went back to ask for more help, she initially ignored me then the response was the same.
