After speaking to a manager they were willing to do an even exchange. However, the day the couch arrived I inspected the new couch and their were visible staples in the base board. Now they are bringing couch number 3.
DON'T PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE HASSLE! For a year my partner and I had been saving up for a couch from Bob’s. As you can imagine we were ecstatic when the couch arrived. At first, the couch seemed perfect, once the crew left we enjoyed the couch carefree for about a day. After noticing the couch was a bit dusty I decided to wipe it off and small imperfections came to my attention if it had only been one or two I probably would have let it go. NO there were 7 to 8 including faded material spots, small rips in the material and what looks like a permanent marker line. After going through the hassle of trying to use the warranty I was DECLINED. Apparently, it is okay to sell brand new couches with small rips and drawings on them. I had been so confident Bobs would take care of me as a customer and now I am disappointed. I was already looking at beds to buy from them and now I will not buy from them ever again. I suggest not buying Bob’s furniture and I will be telling family and friends not to buy it either.
The team at Bob's' was outstanding. Alyson helped me find the right next bed for our needs and Dale was an outstanding contact point when we returned to finalize our purchase. I loved the assistance with the extras like the mattress cover, warranty, and the like. No pressure but all of the important information to help make us feel good about the purchase. From greeting at the door to delivery at my home- everything was excellent! Deb was a great host (and I do mean host). I felt like she welcomed me into her home. She knows her inventory and is very qualified to answer questions! The manager was also friendly, gracious, and accommodating.
The delivery notifications were also wonderful. Being notified via text when the truck was 30 minutes away allowed me to plan my day appropriately. I’ve had my furniture a week and am not at all disappointed in the comfort or quality I received! Whenever I need furniture again- I will return to Bob’s again! Highly satisfied!
We were in the market for a new sectional and we had heard that Bob's Discount Furniture not only had the best prices but also a quality lineup to go with it. We went to just look and we met Alyson Morales who was able to show us all the options and features. Alyson was very professional, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. He helped us pick the perfect sectional and was able to have it delivered that same week! We love the new sectional and Alyson was a big reason why we bought from Bob's. We will be buying a new bed soon and we will be definitely going back to see Alyson for that purchase! UPDATE:
This was the first time that we have ever been into a Bob's Discount Furniture. We needed a new mattress and box spring; thought we would check out their selection. We were greeted when we first walked in but it didn't feel like some other places where you are "pounced" on by a sales person. (Major plus in my opinion to shop at Bob's) We were assisted by Christine W. to select a set that matches exactly what we needed. (She even switched mattresses on a set so we could try different options) Overall, it was probably the best experience we have ever had at a furniture store. We will definitely be going back for any further purchases. THANK YOU!!
