The second job had to do with drywall repair. There had been some water damage many years ago and we wanted their team to look into what looked like mold. They are experienced in handling mold and used known good practices for removal. They verified there were no problems with the roof flashing or any current leak issues. They then replaced the drywall. We also asked them to paint several rooms in the house including the room with the repairs.. They did a great job on all these jobs.

We had had other demolition experts come out before Tim Blatt but none either wanted to take it on because of the challenges, or they did not have a good approach to the demolition. Tim Blatt figured out how to do it. His team completed the job in 1 day. Just amazing to watch them systematically demolish the towers piece by piece. They are very safety conscious and also very courteous. We also liked that they are licensed and insured. Did I say they are very safety conscious ? and methodical with all their work.
We hired The Blatt Group for two different jobs and are very pleased with both jobs. One was demolition, the other construction..
And yes, we would recommend them to anyone needing demolition or construction work to be done.
The first job was to remove two large ham radio towers. One was really large, 90 feet tall when fully telescoped to its maximum height, with an antennae wing span was about 25 feet wide. The other tower was also tall and was attached to the house extending over the roof of the second floor. The 90 foot tower was right next to the garage with limited access. The other side of the tower had a 100+ foot drop off down an embankment. Plus we have houses on either side of our house.
BTW, they also had to take down a chain-link fence to get the small lift into the back yard, but they put it back up afterwards and tightened it back up.
