This place is terrible. The people that work here are lazy and don't want to do their job correctly. I constantly have to make calls to get them to handle my case correctly, and no matter how many times I call it never gets taken care of. The wait time is ridiculous. They need to train these people to do their job correctly there's no reason why something so simple takes so long to fix. I'm filing a complaint and I'm contacting congress about this office because something needs to be done.

Husband's first deposit should have been on the 8th of this month, it went mia. Someone put an extra digit in our acct number. So now we have to eat the overdraft fees from the bank because it will take a week to get the money. It can only happen to us. Bah!

The waits can be very long and the waiting room crowded. Go half an hour before they open and wait downstairs (they sequence you). Most of the people are excellent and knowledgeable - but some are not and can be rude. Also the first call to the window leads to waitng again for someone more specialized (usually).

I had trouble finding the office as there was semi-chaos due to road construction, and no sign on or near the building. I finally saw "201", which was the street address. As soon as I came off the elevator, a bilingual guard ushered me to a display where I answered a few questions and received a numbered ticket. The waiting room was 3 quaters full, and I waited about 35 minutes until my number came up. A very pleasant woman took care of my issue and I was done in ten minutes. Overall, the experience was good. There was clearly a process in place and they were friendly and efficient. If there was some signage, I would hag e rated them 5 stars.

There is a wait here, but they keep getting better at that over the years. At places like this you just got to learn patients.

Can't get to talk to real person. Automated keeps hanging up on you after going thru questions, representatives are busy good bye. Have to keep calling back. Waste of time.
