No staff presence an it often smells like urine. But it's garage and is generally clean...nothing exceptional.
Very convenient parking location if you are visiting Santander Arena.

Great place to park for Santander arena, but not as close as thought and it's several blocks to concert arena. It's a bit misleading when you see this, if you want to go to the arena, you walk up and to the right not the left like many of us thought since you walk up there is no signs with arrows saying to arena, to corporate office etc, to the left you see big sign saying Santander, so about 30 of is walked that direction and many people were standing down there in front so we all were first timers to see Scorpions in concert. We just all followed the crowd. That is not the arena but I believe corporate office area. So when walk up from garage to the main street arena is on turn rt, go down 4-6 blocks to the arena. The closer you get to the arena you see signs for arena knowing getting close. This lot is not handicap friendly for anyone with a disability whether walking or in a wheelchair you want to park closer to arena or be dropped off. After the concert you will see a ticket on your windshield. We had no idea what to do with these even with seeing about mailing it in we were not sure what to do and if a choice to pay upon leaving pr mailing in, so exiting garage there are 2 lanes, one to inside of garage area was the one you paid at by credit card or cash. The gate on the right if you have the ticket to mail in you Just exit there and send in your check after home. THE police are noticeable by 6 pm outside garage area but not post in garage area, people post concert have no patience and we heard yelling and threats from vehicles. So having the send in envelopes and ticket on windshield gets you out in a hurry. We felt safe there up until the end we just wanted to get out before a fight.
Convenient parking for shopping downtown reading or events at the Santander Arena. Only 4 blocks away from the highway to get out of town when leaving. Easy in and out of town.
