In just a few hours we found the perfect vehicle, got financed, and had all of the necessary paperwork finished PLUS we had some delicious sandwiches at Chapman's Deli paid for by the dealership.
I can't commend the staff of John's Great cars enough. Having had nightmarish experiences in buying a used vehicle previously I had some trepidation in coming.
Great service, and wonderful people work here. They have great cars at reasonable prices. I however did have an issue with a 2012 Toyota Camry I purchased from them. The transmission went after only 30 days of purchase, however they made sure the vehicle was going to get fixed at a Toyota dealership and now the car runs brand new! They were on top of the issue and made sure I was 100% satisfied, they made calls to other mechanics and also followed up with me about how the vehicle was running after it was fixed. I was very pleased! Would recommend this place to anybody. Thank you! :)
Very professional, excellent customer service, great vehicles for great price. Hassle free. I told them what I wanted and the budget I was working with and I got just that and more than I expected. They didn't try to hustle me into buying something I didn't want nor try the get my money by any means. They truly are the best place to purchase a vehicle. Great cars and a great team. I would highly recommend going here if you have had bad experiences like I had with other dealers in the past. Their culture and the way they operate is way better than any other dealer I have ever visited. We had many friends buy cars and recommend John's Great Cars - they were right, perfect mix of great cars and great people.
One important thing to note is that at other dealerships I felt pressured, and felt a certain level of shadiness when trying to up-sell warranties and other features during the finance portion of car-buying. At John's Great Cars my wife and I never once felt pressured. We were provided with all the information and were granted the time to make an informed choice.
However the warmth, hospitality, and excellent customer service exhibited by our salesman Jim Saadi, and the rest of the John's Great Cars team, laid my fears to rest immediately. This was hands down the best experience I've had when looking for a new car.

After a bad past experience with a dealership, where I purchased my first car, I was apprehensive to buy another car. I was not happy with my car that I bought only a year ago and was looking to trade it in. I visited other dealerships to get quotes on my trade only to be absolutely disgusted with the number they quoted me on a car 1 year old with less than 7000 miles. I spent weeks searching for a car online as I wanted a very specific model and color. I visited JGC and right off the bat they quoted me 1500 more for my trade and agreed on an additional 500! I bought a car with a fair price, which I am very happy with. They are very friendly people who made an effort to work with me and not pressure me into a car or extended warranty. Harry, John and the rest of their family was awesome. Check this place out!
