Had an issue with the exhaust and Chris and the manager made it right. They did not have to do that and they bent over backwards to make the customer happy.
Chris the salesman there is an awesome salesman. Didn't pressure me at all and was in and out buying a black tundra.
had one of the worst experiences. DO NOT go to this dealer for a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle with cash and had to return it twice in 7 days for mechanical issues and then when I went back to pick it up they told me they made a calculation error with the paperwork and that I was responsible for correcting it by paying more money. was threatened with court if I didn't pay. not very professional
Purchased a vehicle. Of course it was my own fault that I purchased a car that was As-Is, but the check engine light came on immediately after leaving the parking lot. Called them when we got home and they said to take it to Autozone, otherwise there was nothing they could or would do for us. Since I've had the car I have put so much money fixing every little thing that breaks. I was naive as a first car buyer and picked one that looked and sounded good. Little did I know everything was going in the car... Freedom Toyota in Hamburg however was kind and does full inspections on their cars before they sell them. Should have purchased one there than taken the chance on Tom Masano.

From the time we entered the Masano dealership until we finished our purchase we felt like valued customers. The atmosphere was very relaxed, and the employees were very polite. It was an excellent experience. We would be willing to drive the 147 miles to have that type of experience again.
