After being gouged by the dealership for years I was referred here and have never looked back. I take both my vehicles here and trust then implicitly. When something goes wrong it is never a good day but they always find the right solution to turn the day around.
Very professional and friendly. John explained to me that although symptoms on vehicle might suggest needing a wheel alignment, best approach was to test vehicle. Even offer me the option to drop off the car and take one of their lenders. I had the day off so I declined his offer, still appreciated.
Total cost was fair.

We ve just moved in USA from Europe and our first service was in Auto pro.We were amazed with everything they did for us. Great service, amazing people there and we will remember that whole of our lives. We are so happy because this kind of people still exist. Called around all morning other shops looking for an appointment for a wheel alignment within 3 day range, after damaging and replacing a tire on front end.
I have been taking my vehicles to Auto Pro for the past 11 years. The staff is always professional and the service is top notch. They always do their best to accommodate my schedule. They have even gone out of their way when I was in need of a repair right before my vacation. John is excellent!
Results. Balancing tires was needed, and only the rear end alignment (Not the front as I initially though).
