Very professional! Very honest . Straight to the point. I have brought three cars to them and I trust their judgement. They never make you feel like you are a problem customer and are willing to take a look and diagnose the vehicle. My go to mechanic. If they are really busy 9/10 they will let you know and you can drop your car off and they will fit you in. The place is always busy, but their customers are well taken care of.
I had two vehicles detailed here and I was amazed at what a great job they did! I have a dog, so we go for rides and my vehicle gets hairy and muddy! I was surprised at how clean everything was and not one single dog hair was left! They even fixed a rust spot under my seat! All of this done at a great price! Also, they fixed an unfortunate scratch my friend accidentally etched into the side of my hood for a great price, you can't even tell it was every there!
The people went out of their way to help me. Darin and Brad helped me diagnose a problem with my car and have worked with me to resolve it. The people at the store are friendly and courteous. I had a remanufactued transmission installed at another store and will take my car to Lancaster Avenue in Reading Pa and will continue to go there and nowhere else
