Stayed overnight. Friendly front lobby staff. Plenty of lobby room. Rooms were nice and clean. Bathrooms were roomy and shower was clean and large. Beds were a little hard but still very nice stay. Would easily stay here again without reservation.
Decent hotel if you find yourself in the Reading area. The staff is the highlight; they're all very friendly and very helpful.
Rooms are high quality. Clean, comfortable and very modern. The front desk service was just as great. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next visit.
Great stay equals a great time back in Pennsylvania! I had a great time at this hotel! We stayed here before we went to hershey chocolate factory. It's so cool! It has a pool and a hot tub. And it has a waterfall! I will stay again if i come back! Because this hotel does look very good!
Nice place to stay and near the shopping. A little weird to get to but overall nice.
The hotel itself is nice, but as you spend more time there you start to see the 'cracks' in their operation with the little details they miss.
