The hotel was clean and comfortable and I particularly appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower. I was there for three nights for a weekend event and the food served by the hotel was quite good. I didn't go into the attached nightclub at all, but it seemed pretty active the nights I was there (without being disruptive to the hotel patrons). Additionally there were several restaurants within walking distance, including a Red Lobster and a Mission BBQ. The only unusual note is that the entrance to the parking lot is a little wonky off Papermill Road ... sort of an uphill switchback. It's not particularly easy to find.
I went here for my first time for a ball. Now, Crowne Plaza catered... this was the WORST food I've ever had catered. When you have food catered for you there isn't much expectation to begin with but this by far was the WORST. They served dessert first- dont get me wrong we all love sweets before dinner.. but it was odd... once the food was placed out the announce the tables one by one. They had a salad bar and for a group of maybe 40 or so you wouldn't think they would run out of lettuce and they Did! Probably because the main food course was gross. They had mashed potatoes that tasted like fish,lemon chicken which had a bad taste and the chicken was pink still... They also had which I believe was a vegetable lasagna... who knows. The steamed vegetables where the best thing other than the salad however they were still pretty raw as well. I'm glad that I didn't stay the night there because they was the food was and the service from the staff was...I personally wouldn't want to know what the rooms look like.
Nice room! Good food, good drink... the gentleman that makes omelets is a master of his craft, you pick what you want in it an he makes it right in front of you. Drinks are reasonably priced. Food is ok. Beds are super comfortable.
Was there for a conference. Nice open room. Good food. Servers were excellent. Minor issue was getting coffee or tea, they had one or two persons serving then. Took longer because of few servers for coffee.
Such a fantastic hotel! We checked in late and the staff was very accommodating. Rooms were spotless and breakfast was great. Thanks again!
